There were some serious issues re: footage, quality for price. Mr Burkett was quick to reply, offer suggestions, apply options. I was pleased with his timely suggestions, responses.

The office staff and several of the other realtors with Burkett & Associates were quick to show properties and answer questions. Very professional.

Mr Burkett was on vacation in a different location, yet, he either assigned another employee, Mr Pride, to respond to our questions and showings. Mr Burkett was in almost daily contact via telephone. I would recommend his agency and staff to others.

I would recommend Mr. Burkett to my friends and family. I have known him since he was in graded school and he has a valuable knowledge of property, location and has always asked our needs, which had changed since our first listing with him. I found him to be honest. An example was a home that I was drawn to, but, with Mr. Burkett's knowledge, and experience, he pointed out some of the faults and absence of what I was looking for originally. I may have purchased that home instead of the one that I did purchase. Mr. Burkett has a talent of helping older persons, and the young, new couples to obtain the "right" home for them. It may be location close to town or serenity in a wooded setting. No time was wasted in the options he showed to both me and my husband.

I had a great experience working with Jerry and the Centry 21 staff. They were prompt at calling me back with any questions that I had.
