Jessica made selling my home so easy. I was very nervous about the process, but she is so knowledgable about all areas of buying and selling including giving ideas for staging and ideas for scary basement corners. Her experience with carpentry really shows. Jessica was always very easy to get in contact with when I had any questions and also checked in frequently when we were waiting for the various stages of the process to be completed. This being my first time selling a home, I had no idea what I was doing, but Jessica made me feel very comfortable and confident about the whole process. I have dealt with a lot of Realtors and Jessica has been the best so far! She is positive and polite, she was never pushy or trying to talk us into or out of any property that she showed us. And she showed us a lot! she kept in contact, and there was never an issue with communication. She would let me know right away when a new property matching what I was looking for was up for sale.
