As an energetic child growing up on a farm in Nebraska, I enjoyed freedom and open spaces. Five years after graduating from high school, I had earned a B.S. from Truman State University and a Master’s in Public Health—Epidemiology from UCLA.

I then taught at a local college, wrote and managed grants for domestic violence and sexual assault prevention agencies, and ran a small business before turning to real estate. I'm consistently in the top 10% in my market.
