I'm Joey Dickerhoof with Keller Williams Elevate – Art of Real Estate. I’m originally from Alliance, Ohio, and a proud graduate of Marlington High School. Before entering real estate, I spent nearly a decade in the oil and gas industry. I started at the bottom and worked my way up to become the youngest senior project manager in company history. While I’m grateful for that experience, I felt it was time for a new challenge, and with my wife and me ready to start a family, real estate felt like the perfect next step. It was something I’d always wanted to pursue, so we took the leap.

Through hard work, dedication, and an "everything is manageable" mindset, I’ve become one of the top agents on one of the top medium-sized teams in the region. In 2024, I was honored to receive the Gold Award for $7–10 million in sales, as well as the Rising Star Award. Looking ahead, I’ve already closed or have pending 27 homes for 2025.

While individual success is great, I believe real estate is about more
