We have previously worked with John Colvin with our first home purchase. He understands our needs and walks us through the buying and selling process. I trust his advice which is crucial to me when dealing with buying and selling a home. Any questions I had John was able to answer or find an answer if needed. I would recommend John to anyone that has questions or looking for a knowledgeable trust worthy realtor.

John is amazing....I cannot say this enough. He is a hard working, honest man who truly has the buyer/seller in his best interest. He is very patient and gets to know his clients. He has helped us and my parents in the past and we could not imagine working with anyone else. We have (and will continue to) recommended John to anyone we know that is buying/selling a house.

John was and always will be our first choice as a broker! He helped us with the purchase of the house we just sold and we greatly appreciated him then, as well. We are very much looking forward to working with him as we build our forever home. He has also helped my parents with a few sales and is the first we recommend to anyone. The knowledge he has in the business is very evident and he is always ready with a joke and a smile.
