When working with buyers, I make sure they are aware and educated on the home buying process and my role as a realtor to ensure a worry free transition as they move into their new home. I will direct them to the necessary professionals such as mortgage brokers ,lawyers, and home inspectors that my clients have had success with.
I review my marketing plan with property sellers so they are confident that their home or land will be advertised and marketed to the buyers looking for that product. I am a strong negotiator and will always work in my clients' best interest.
