Jon Salvador was excellent to work with for me. He was patient, understanding, worked with whatever I wanted, plus would give me his honest feedback if needed. I would definitely use him if needed again and I would suggest anyone else looking to sell property use him also.

My home was built in 1929 and required a local expert to properly view my home and develop a progressive Marketing Plan.
Jon has the experience and knowledge to help me with my old home.

I clearly understood how valuable Jon’s time is on a daily basis and the depth of Clientele.
However, he always responded to my questions, emails, texts and phone calls.

Jon was on-time, professional and very honest and upfront with my Property.
He clearly explained what my property needed in order to be sold in a timely manner.
This included Repairs to both the Outside and Inside of the Home.

Jon’s Staff are always courteous, respectful, clear and always listen carefully.
Always willing to go the extra mile for their Clients.

Jon and his staff were fabulous during the entire selling process, which occurred over an eleven plus year period due to a national recession in 2007. Jon was extremely professional, organized and experienced to successfully assume this challenge.
