Joshua helped us sell our house in Las Cruces in 2022 and it was a fantastic experience. After interviewing four different agents we chose Joshua because he seemed ambitious, very competent, current with the latest technology such as Matterport for 3-D virtual tours, had the highest suggested listing price, and took the lowest seller agent commission. We got an offer for close to our listing price immediately. Joshua helped us through the negotiation and closing process and we don’t think we could have done better.
