This was a critical point of interest for the complete transaction we were seeking to accomplish (buy and sell, with a contingency, at the same time in a hot market. Kameron did an excellent job of getting our house up for sale at the correct time, managing the open houses, and negotiating with the prospective buyers. As the deadline approached for our contingency to close, Kameron was able to get our house sold with time to spare.

Kameron's communication was great, which was important to me. Even when Kameron was out of town, he made sure to communicate with me in a timely manner. He always acted in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner. He continued to assist me with a home warranty, even after my closing date. I felt very comfortable working with him for my first home purchase!
