This was a difficult transaction because the buyer was represented by a proxy and the seller (me) was in NJ. In addition, a tenant that was slow to move out further complicated the matter as did the need for improvements to the unit. The workman recommended by Kelli Powers turned out to be an excellent recommendation. Kelli controlled many changing aspects of the transaction and pushed the transaction to a completion.
