We knew Kelly from our neighbors and friends. We heard a lot about how amazing their Kelly was. She knew she understood she almost did everything for them...they had worry-free buying or selling their houses. I just wonder why we didn't' know her earlier, I mean before we bought our house in Rochester.
Now we had a chance to work with her. She is truly amazing. It's a rush relocation decision. We worried a lot about the new jobs, the kids' new schools....but just no worry at all about selling our house. We called her, she came in with all the information and the timeline. She arranged every step for us, all we need to do is following her.........she is very professional. She knows the market. We sold our house at good price. All these happened in a month, the selling is about 2 weeks, during which we already moved to the new place, not on spot, she handled everything and kept us updated promptly. She helped to arrange installation of the new cooktop, yard mowing, windows and house cleaning, replace of the missing remote control, painting.....remove the forgotten swing.....many of these actually is our own responsibility but she did all for us. We own her many thanks.

Kelly Calvert was AMAZING to work with and provided us with information necessary to find our home in a quick and timely manner. She always was available to show us a home, answer any questions we had, and provided knowledge on areas we otherwise wouldn't have thought of. Kelly was always honest and upfront regarding homes cost/value, knew what we were and weren't looking for, and would send us updates throughout the whole process.

To top it off on the close of our home she left little things around our house that made moving easier and truly made us feel special and cared about. She even checked in to make sure all was going well after the sale of our home.

Kelly Calvert went ABOVE AND BEYOND what ANY realtor has ever done for me and my family! She worked evenings and weekends and responded within the hour no matter what the hour! After the sale she continued to assist us with booking local painters & carpenters, securing several bids! After sending us ALL needed info for local utilities and services she kindly reminded us to sign up when we had procrastinated! She had our freezer stocked with ice cream & fridge stocked with drinks and home good essentials and a sweet personalized sign for us the day we signed on the house.
