He sent us a bunch of listings and had us weed through them to get a better reading on what we were looking for, he then took the “like” list and went through it in more detail and gave his honest opinion on the places and locations. When we were in town for showings he had a full day planned out with coffee break included, he even took us around the whole town and told us everything that’s going on in PG. When we put an offer in on a place he was quick to work and went through the whole contract in detail so we knew what we were signing, and has been in contact regularly since to help with any finalizing required.
