It’s been quite the journey and Khoa has held my hand throughout the way. I had to do a buyout of my house due to divorce during COVID. I have since found the love of my life and are transitioning to live under the same roof. Khoa has helped me understand the market value of my home for our prenuptial agreement and helped my soon to be husband with making his home to be an income property. I don't normally write reviews, but this time is different. Emily is definitely the best realtor you can ever ask for . My Wife and I were looking to upgrade from our first home a condo to a freehold townhome. We really didn’t know much about the process of selling and buying and how the timeline works. We got some recommended realtors from our friends and family and we contacted some. But after the talk and meet with Emily we knew she was the one for us, and it was a the smartest decision for us. Upgrading to a new and bigger house is a very big purchase, a larger commitment than with our condo. Emily is very helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with all our questions.
