Krag was amazing. He understood the market and provided a wonderful service to us in helping us to sell our property - fast. I really appreciated his recommendation of the appliance warranty and inspections to give our property all of the advantages over the competition. He was always available and I wonder if the poor guy ever gets a day (or night) off! He is made for this and is very knowledgeable and professional. He is very good at what he does and I wish him continued success in his future.

Krag was exceptional in the way that he made time available immediately for us to see the house we were interested, helped us write a great offer very quickly, and worked out several accommodations along the way that made the process enjoyable and exciting.
These included immediate showings of houses not even a day after we started working with him, helping us write a great offer that got accepted on an amazing house, going to bat for us on helping get some things in the house fixed that came up on the inspection, arranging for the home inspector to give us a home maintenance walk through after closing, and just generally being accessible when necessary throughout the process.

We moved to Eau Claire from out of state. Krag was awesome to work with during this transition. He was more than willing to help us figure out the neighborhood, provide recommendations and references for various services. He was flexible to meet our needs with having to travel hours to make it to showings and meetings. He always had our best interest in mind. If he ever felt uneasy about anything he was not afraid to bring it to our attention. We will certainly be working with Krag again when the time comes.

Couldn't imagine anyone being better!
