Where do I start?? Kristina has helped me sell my first home, to selling my at the time finance home, to our house we loved just need more room for a growing family to our now forever home! She is the first one we call and I recommend to people. She is quick to find what you are looking for. Responds in a timely matter. She is an on top it gal. Love her!! Thank you for all your help!!!

Kristina Schwab helped us buy our first home and when it came time for us to sell, we knew we wanted her to be our realtor again! Kristina did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the home selling processing. She was quick to get paperwork completed and returned to the relocation company and was always very quick to respond to our questions and concerns at any time of the day! The sale of our home was time sensitive and the sale price was important to us. Kristina was able to get our home listed quickly and was very organized and communicative as people went to look at our home. Kristina made the process so easy for us and and we greatly appreciate all of her hard work to make sure we sold our home at the best price and as quick as possible!

We just love her!!

Like that she was able to come to me to sign papers while l run a home daycare and couldn't leave.

Kristina always went above and beyond of what l needed to get my house sold and did a great job with doing several open houses.

Kristina was absolutely amazing! She listen to our wants and needs when selling our property. She helped us get the property into the shape it needed to be sold. She went above and beyond. I would recommend her to anybody. We were lucky enough to buy with her also. She did such a great job with finding our new house and getting us into it while simultaneously while selling our home! Can’t recommend her enough! The fact we sold our home within 24 hours of it listed was unbelievable! And that same week we found our next home.
