Working with Laurie Appleton is working with the best, as simple as that . I had an experience as no other. Laurie is very professional and is very knowledgeable of the Victoria real estate market. I worked in the past with other real estate agents, but no comparison. As I did not live in the house anymore Laurie went the extra mile to help me, with everything. We wanted to buy an apartment in Greater Victoria to move from Montreal and join our son and his family who lives in Saanich. We had a short budget and were looking for a condo in a good location, 2 bedrooms, good natural light, in-suite laundry, low strata fee ... Our criteria resulted in viewing more than 20 apartments, where my son and daughter-in-law visited each property and at the same time showed the property to us by on-line video chats. Anytime that we requested a visit from Laurie, she was very responsive and made it happen as quickly as possible. Her friendly and kind manner for all the visits were the same as the first one, very supportive and encouraging.
