Lori helped sell our home and our buying of our new one. She is a pleasure to work with. Always a smile on her face even though I might not be the easiest to please. Lori & I determined property's list price that Friday, pictures then scheduled for the following Tuesday, property went live on Wednesday, and offer accepted by Friday. I believe it says something about Lori's sales performance and marketing ability when property sells before its first scheduled open house.
As far as her negotiation skills, although I didn't get to see them first hand, I know they must be something formidable. We were able to disclose results of inspection report in entirety to buyers, set forth what we were capable of fixing (and more importantly, what we were NOT capable of fixing), and still negotiate a higher list price?
With these kind of results, I feel her negotiation skills are a cross between Yoda and the magical genie in Aladdin - where both buyer and seller are happy with the outcome of new purchase/sale of home.
