Lorne Downey is 5th generation living in the Alliston area with a background in farming and building homes. He put his extensive knowledge of ‘everything homes’ to use in 2012 to become a realtor. Since then he has been one of top producing agents in his office consistently winning top awards with Coldwell Banker.

In 2020 Lorne’s wife Sandy of 30+ years joined him after 30 years with TD Bank. Together they are committed to always going above and beyond for their clients. They love what they do and it shows.

Lorne & Sandy raised 3 children that also live local. They love their 3 dogs and stay very active in their community. Lorne continues to play hockey and slo-pitch.
