Malcolm is an excellent realtor. Regardless of the time of day, he was available to answer my questions or negotiate on my behalf. On more than one occasion, I had to respond to the sellers after normal business hours, and Malcolm was always polite and professional. He was especially good at getting answers to any questions I had for the sellers regarding repairs. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sale a house, and will use him as my realtor in the future.

Malcolm was awesome.He set down with us and asked us our thoughts on everything that we wanted/ needed.He was there through every step making sure that everything was perfect. We could call him anytime of day. My kids were with us majority of the time while visiting different homes and he made them laugh. He is such well organized guy. So if your thinking about buying a house in Kentucky. He knows where the gems are. Plus when told him we wanted to stay in our neighborhood. He sent us homes that where on sell the same day it showed up in the system. We literally looked at the our house that we bought 3 times before we put a bid on it.
