Marc was able to help us to purchase our home after we had been told the property would be too difficult to finance. As this was meant to be our forever home, we had been quite disappointed to hear we may not be able to buy it. Marc was able to help us get the deal done and we are beyond pleased with our purchase!
We lived in the beautiful White rock, back in 2020 but found it financially draining. While looking for info about PG we stumbled upon Marc's videos which was refreshing as most google search will lead you to negative news/info about PG. He answers messages on his youtube which I did not expect and we set up a meet up with him even with out commitments at that time. Marc met us at the Park bringing a box of Timbits for our kids.
He said to immerse to the community so we get to know if PG is for us, and so we did. With the same salary but huge change in quality of life we decided to move up= best decision thus far. 1 year after meeting him at the park, Marc has helped us find our forever home. It has been 3 years since we moved in, but we have kept in good communication for inquiries, suggestions and documentations.
