Mark was great for contacting about viewings. Many had quick turnaround on being listed and having offers and Mark made this known to us and got us in quickly at several places. His knowledge on what to look for in houses was extremely helpful and gave us peace of mind that we wouldn't be walking into a money pit of a house.

After a negative experience with another agent from a different brokerage, we had a conversation with Mark and asked him to work with us instead. He was very attentive to our concerns from the previous experience and was very considerate of that in how he communicated and worked with us.

We appreciated that Mark wasn't out to make a quick sale, but instead was rooting for us to get a quality house worth the price we paid. He skillfully pointed out potential concerns with the houses we viewed, and kept us realistic about working within our budget to obtain what we wanted.

I felt like he was looking out for my best interest every step of the way, and I developed an unwavering trust in him as we went further along in the real estate journey.
