Matt and his team provided my wife and I exemplary service during the process of marketing and selling our home.
First, he met with us at home and showed us pricing stats of similar houses in our area. Afterwards we hammered out a pricing strategy to put our property on the market.
Then we did a walkthrough, with Matt making suggestions on how we could prepare for an upcoming video presentation and open house. His suggestions were very helpful in making our home more appealing to potential buyers.
