Matt was a blessing to work with searching for a new home AND selling our existing home. He worked his tail off selling ours and working through an insane market. He was truthful an honest during the entire process!

Matt did a great job in both finding us a home that fit our needs and wants as well as keeping realistic expectations of what would be needed to capitalize on the opportunity in a historically competitive market. Without a doubt would not have been lucky enough to have our home without his guidance.

Matt did a great job. I would recommend him to others. He works hard in getting a house sold sooner than later.. He is a kind and caring man. A pleasant surprise after the sale was getting casserole and cheese and crackers and a potted plant from him! Thank you Matt!!
