We were referred to Matt Wikert by a friend. Matt was fantastic to deal with. The sale of the property involved an estate which involved attorneys and Matt handled everything . Matt always communicated with us. I would recommend Matt to all my friends. Our experience with Matt could not have been better.

Matt worked with us leading up to the listing of our house. Gave us his professional opinion on what we should and should not do to sell quickly and for the most money. He sold it in 8 days and for the price we needed! He took care of everything and made sure we understood everything in the process. Such a stress reliever. Matt is the best in the area. Highly recommend to anybody looking to sell or buy.
