I must say that we are extremely happy with how Nate Goshorn represented us in the purchase of our home in August 2019. As of this writing, we have lived in the house for nearly 1 month and are as happy today as we were when we moved in. Nate was very responsive and made the time available to show us around. He answered any and all questions we had and found the answers to the questions he didn’t immediately know the answers to. Nate genuinely went above and beyond in making sure we were 100% certain we would be happy with the home we decided upon. Nate was extremely organized and kept us apprized on the happenings in the Kamloops real estate market, helping us to make the most educated decision we could make. Nate went above and beyond for my wife and I, even though we came to him out of the blue, with little to no knowledge of what was needed to buy our first home, and very short notice/short time line to meet our goals.

He was accommodating to our schedule (and it wasn’t that flexible!), and answered all questions (and my god, there were so many!) and most importantly, he never once made us feel as though we were a nuisance to his schedule.

He was easily reached and quick to respond, and my favourite part about every interaction is we knew he was being genuine. Thanks to Nate, we have felt comfortable in our new city and excited about our first home since day 1!
