Pam was highly recommended to us by a friend. So glad we worked with her. She helped us come to a listing decision and was prepared at our first meeting with comps and excellent knowledge of the exhaustive listing agreement. We were not taking much furniture and she advised that what wasn't taken could be given to a nonprofit and she would take charge of that. In the end, the buyers wanted the furniture, kitchen stuff etc. Pam hired a photographer and listed 52 pictures that made us want to buy our own house! She kept in daily touch until she had 3 great bids and a decision was made. She attended the septic digging inspection in the rain!
She was in charge of getting some things fixed. She attended the settlement and after, drove back to the house to get a forgotten Blue Ridge phone box AND returned it to Blue Ridge.
