With a parent in the business for almost four decades, Pat Kritz has been immersed in real estate his entire life. In addition to Pat’s consistent exposure to the intricacies of the housing market, he has been personally involved in investment real estate, renovations, construction, and the waterfront property lifestyle.
He has also worked in the non-profit housing industry as a Financial Manager, where professionalism and confidentiality are fundamental.
Pat graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Kinetics, majoring in Sport Physics. He enjoys promoting physical activity, healthy living, and strong mental health. Over the years, he has generously donated his time in multiple capacities including coaching minor hockey and baseball in both Hanover and Walkerton, running youth athletics camps, and more.
