In 2013, I joined the Army as an Intelligence Analyst stationed at Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington. While serving on active duty, I began researching real estate investing and instantly fell in love with it. After being honorably discharged from the Army in 2016, I purchased my first rental property in Stevens Point. I currently manage numerous rental properties in Central Wisconsin. Despite being new to the realtor profession, I have extensive experience on both the buying and selling sides of real estate transactions. I have been actively investing in real estate in Central Wisconsin for eight years. My goal is to make each transaction as smooth as possible by using my experience as an investor to identify small issues in a transaction before they can become significant problems.
