Roseann Schumacher was absolutely fantastic. She listened carefully to my needs and took care of them throughout the entire process. She fought very hard for me when negotiating both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new one. Besides taking care of the obvious things involved in buying/selling a home, she listened to "my story" to better understand me as a person. This allowed her to excel at her job & completely exceed my expectations. I would recommend Roseann to anyone who would listen. Thank You Roseann!!

FROM FLA., MY HUSBAND CAME BACK FIRST TO WORK, I TOLD HER EXACTLY
WHAT I WANTED, AND SHE TOOK HIM OUT AND AS I GAVE HER A RATHER
