About Selena Cheung
Selena Cheung, licensed with Coldwell Banker Venture Realty, is one of the top 5% of Edmonton Realtors®, since 2009. She is also a Real Estate investor, Professional Accountant (CPA-CMA), Professional Speaker, and business builder. She graduated with her Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University (Nova Scotia), and received her Certified Management Accountant designation (CMA- Vancouver) in 2003.
Selena became a Realtor® in late 2008 and practices in Edmonton and the surrounding areas. Negotiating is Selena’s area of expertise and she has a great deal of fun in the process. Selena joined Coldwell Banker Venture Realty in 2017, and since then she started a special training program for her fellow realtors.
She believes that everyone has the right to be rich, to be happy, and to enjoy life with their loved ones. She’s happily married with her husband Andy and living in the beautiful south west side of Edmonton with their lovely daughter, Fionna.

I've never had someone who knew exactly what they were doing and how they were going to achieve it. She said she would have my house sold in 12 days and it sold in 1 day. I have so much respect for Selena. Unfortunately, with COVID-19, we were not able to meet but I really would like to sit down with her for coffee to tell her in person how much I appreciated her help with the sale of my home.
