Finding a house was quite the journey. We presented Sharon with a challenge because we didn't really have many constraints regarding what we were wanting for a home. We simply wanted a house in a good neighbourhood with a good foundation. This left us with many houses to sort through and see. Sharon was a great help during this time. She would suggest places to see and was always flexible to meet with us on any houses that came on the market that we wanted to see. Her flexibility and cheerful manner was always so refreshing and encouraging, especially as we neared the 100 houses viewed mark. Being totally new to the experience we weren't very knowledgeable but Sharon took the time to educate us and get back to us quickly with all of our questions. My work schedule is unpredictable but Sharon accommodated that and book appointments promptly and was very flexible. We were really happy with all of her recommendations, including the home inspector.
