To assist a new Canadian family who was arriving to Regina in November, 2023, we had a very unique and urgent situation of needing to buy a home in a specific neighbourhood, within a specific price range, and with a specific possession date. Needless to say, that is an extremely tall order! Sharon was not phased at all, and absolutley rose to the challenge! She was very quick with the research and presentation of properties that met our specs, was very knowledgeable about the area where we needed to buy (for the family to be close to other family members), was in constant communication with us, and handled our offer and subsequent negotiations in a professional and timely manner. The transaction came together to meet everyone's needs within the required timeframe. Thank-you, Sharon from us and also the new Canadian family who not only has a new country, but also their own house that they can call their home.

Sharon is very easy to work with. She will work in finding the best fit for you, and not about the sale. She will always have time for you, and will respond as early as she can.
