I consider confidentiality very important as well as making sure that my Clients know that I am working for them and only them. They can be sure that I will work hard to get them the best possible price along with making sure that the conditions on the contract are specifically written with not only what they need, but what they want as well.
Keeping up to date with my Real Estate Education is paramount in doing my job, especially with the changes in our Industry.
I feel I have a great knowledge of the geographical area that I cover as I've lived here my entire life.
I'm excited when I get new Clients, and work very hard to keep them in a positive state of mind. I always tell them to "let me handle the stress". It's the most expensive transaction that most people do in their life, and I take the task/pleasure very seriously.
