We were in the difficult position of selling our home during the COVID 19 epidemic and Ontario’s shutdown period and; on top of this had a problem tenant that was in arrears long before the COVID 18 and was refusing to pay or leave. Shen was wonderful and; respectful throughout. He knew when to hustle and; sold the house in one day. And he knew when, due to the situation, to wait and allow the process to flow at its natural and; respectful pace.
