While Tammy was extremely professional in all her dealings she had a friendly approach that made my wife and I very comfortable in our dealings with her and facilitated asking questions which were always answered professionally and courteously. Her knowledge of anything about real estate and beyond, for example, swimming pool maintenance and hardware, was amazing, as was her willingness to get answers about plumbing and electrical questions for the property insurers. Tammy made the whole experience, purchasing a new home as well as selling the old one, as pleasant as possible and we never had anything but extreme confidence in her abilities. I would most definitely recommend her to other buyers and/or sellers.
