Cathy was extremely pleasant and took the time to get to understand our needs, and then connected us with Jessica Scarfo. Jessica completely changed our perception of what to expect of a real estate agent. Jessica was extremely diligent, and her attentiveness and ability to discern what was important to us took all of the work off our plates. As we were located in another city and not able to attend most viewings in-person, Jessica did everything she could to facilitate our virtual viewings so that we could make an informed assessment, as if we were there. Going above and beyond, even after the transaction was completed, Jessica continued to assist us by offering a list of reputable movers and storage services, and Cathy personally called us to congratulate us, and ensure that we were satisfied.
