Most realtors would have backed away from this situation. She provided the necessary steps in achieving a quick sale. Tara helped clean, declutter, and pack the property in order to get it ready for pictures. Most realtors do not provide this service. It can typically be overwhelming, and this helped move this sale along. She also provided due diligence before we listed involving, viewing other comparable properties, data, and insight. Tara is very responsive with communication and attentive services were also present. She did not rush us and explained every step of the process. Tara couldn’t do enough for us!
