We chose Troy because we had a connection with his wife; now that we have worked with Troy, we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy and/or sell in Regina. He was very knowledgeable, punctual, personable yet very professional! My favourite part was when he had my husband and myself rate the house from 1-10! It made the experience a lot of fun! The house we bought had several offers on it and because of Troy’s knowledge and experience, he was able to advise us on how we should proceed with our offer and we got the house!

Troy was always keeping us updated with places to see. He was always upfront with how he felt about the places and any offers we wanted to make. Any issues that arose he dealt with ASAP.
