Our house sold very quickly and Vicki found the perfect final home for us. We wouldn't have our new house without her. Very easy to work with. I would recommend Vicki to my family and friends.

Vicki did well for us when we sold a home. We had our home for sale once before and the realtor we had at that time didn't even do an open house. So that was a plus right there. So when we decided to buy another home I thought of Vickie right away, she knows how to answer any questions and works hard on getting you what you want and is very knowledgeable. We looked at many homes and Vicki was always patient and understanding of our needs. Vicki made our home search fun and encouraging. Vicki went above and beyond our expectations based on prior real estate transactions. This included a realistic approach to pricing the property, suggestions to improve marketability, and suggestions for reputable contractors. While we were away relocating, Vicki worked with contractors as they made improvements or performed inspections. She routinely checked our home to make sure the lights were off, the heat was set and the home secured especially after showings.

I was purchasing the home from a long distance. PA. My sister met with Vicki Begley for a showing and they face timed me as they went through the house. I did make a decision to put an offer on the house based on that walk through. I did make an unplanned visit to NE about a month after putting a contract on the house, and Vicki made it very convenient for me to see the house in person and have it inspected. The whole process from start to finish, except for signing the settlement papers, was done via, texting and emailing. Vicki was quick at responding to any questions or needs that arose, making it a much less stressful process. I felt that Vicki was a friend helping another friend.

Vickie sold us our first house when we moved to the Valley. The house was located in Gering and when a house became available in Scottsbluff close to our daughter as well as our jobs we contacted Vickie. She helped us to purchase a house that now better fit our needs and found a family to purchase our home in Gering. In October of 2014 I fell going downstairs and broke my ankle requiring surgery. At this time our children thought it was time to buy a house all on one level. Once again we contacted Vickie. We were not sure we really to sell our house and move from the area we were in. Vickie knew our needs and found a house once again that fit what we were were looking for. We had not plan on listing our house for sale until we were moved and had time to get our house ready to show. Vickie said she had interested clients that were looking for a house in the area we were located and within our price range. She ask if she could show it and we said it would be fine as long as they understood the house wasn't really to show. Vickie show the house and the fourth party that looked at it fave an offer. We countered and she accepted and our house sold without us actually listing it. Vickie has done a great job for us and would highly recommend her.
