My family and I were a bit nervous initially as we were purchasing out of state, which can be a scary process in itself. However, Zac was very understanding and helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns. He was amendable and flexible in trying to understand what were looking for and we were able to find a perfect rental condo within the 3 days I visited FL. And within a couple weeks after closing he found us the perfect tenants. Zac and his group has gained our trust and we are looking forward to continuing to work with him on future purchases.

Zac was tremendous to work with in selling my Mother’s home! I had a very short window of time because I was flying to Florida from out of state.
