For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $210,000 in Springfield for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $207,500 in June.

Heart of the Westside had 26 new listings and 25 listings that went under contract in May, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 14—down 17.65% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in June.
