October’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $255,000—up 20.0% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, state-level data pegged home values at $265,100 in Ohio for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $267,350 in November.
Logan County had 68 new listings and 53 listings that went under contract in October, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 186—up 1.09% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in November.
Of those 186 active listings, 29.57% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Logan County grew 18.56% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $278,500. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract has been fairly steady year-over-year. In October 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 53 days, compared to 55 days in October 2024. In recent months the median number of days from listed to pending appears to be steady. That trend is predicted to have carried through to this November.
