Central Greenville had 20 new listings and 16 listings that went under contract in May, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 8—down 11.11% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in June.
The median listing price for homes in Central Greenville fell 12.84% from April to May, bringing the current median listing price to $513,360. Based on projected data for June, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract has been fairly steady year-over-year. In May 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 27.5 days, compared to 31 days in May 2024.
