My overall experience with Ken Boltz was beyond what I expected. I live in TN and was selling my house in Maricopa, AZ. I figured I'd give him a try, it was the best decision I'd made in years. I really figured the house would take several months to sell. Ken had it sold in 2 days from the time it was listed and for more than the asking price. He talked me through every step, and I mean EVERY step of the way. He kept me informed every day about how things were going.
I am 80 years old and have bought and sold several house in my life time in several states and have never come across an estate agent as gracious, helpful and knowledgeable as Ken. I have never met the man, all our communications were done by text or email. I'm deaf so communications were tricky and the time difference could have been a problem. It wasn't.
