Tim and Chirley were amazing...We hadn't been pleased with the agent we had 5 years ago when we downsized from the family home. So where would I go to find someone I could count on? No interaction with Agent Pronto other than recommending Kevin Carnes who was outstanding in continual, active promotion of the sale of the house. He was knowledgeable and professional in all our dealings and effectively showing the house. The final test is the sale of the house at the price desired and above the previous sales price of similar houses in the subdivision. Strongly recommend Agent Pronto and particularly Mr. Carnes.
