Tim and Chirley were amazing...We hadn't been pleased with the agent we had 5 years ago when we downsized from the family home. So where would I go to find someone I could count on? I turned to the internet and found you and you found Tim and Chirley Mulford. They were the best thing that happened to me! I was very open about my circumstances and they took the lead. I put the whole situation in their hands. They guided me through every step. That included signing appropriate documents online, finding another option when my estate sale was thwarted by the current Coronavirus event, and calling to make sure I was okay. They were professional but also had great empathy for what I was going through. If anyone asks for a name of an agent I will be their cheerleader!
No interaction with Agent Pronto other than recommending Kevin Carnes who was outstanding in continual, active promotion of the sale of the house. He was knowledgeable and professional in all our dealings and effectively showing the house. The final test is the sale of the house at the price desired and above the previous sales price of similar houses in the subdivision. Strongly recommend Agent Pronto and particularly Mr. Carnes.
