My experience with Agent Pronto and Tyler Thompson was very smooth. I was very impressed with the urgency displayed. Tyler was exceptionally accommodating. Having worked with some shaky (at best) agents in the past, Tyler is a rare exception. He is extremely flexible, easy to contact, and returns calls/emails very quickly. We ran in to several bumps in the road in our search but he always kept the ball rolling in the right direction. Tyler is a full-time agent. That factor goes an awful long way. I would certainly work with him again and recommend others to do the same.
