Very fast to reach out and respond about our inquiry, but also took the time to make sure they had all the info needed to help my family make the right choice.
I did not have a realtor and was able to work with Blair Yakimoski from the Archambault team thanks to him responding to my Agent Pronto requirement. He was incredibly helpful from the start and patient with our needs. Despite the market conditions we were able to find a new home and sell ours with a difference of 19 days between possession dates. Blair always was mindful of our overall goal and was able to give proper advise on many things outside of acquiring our new home and selling ours. We got home staging suggestions from Marie (another member of the Team), recommended lawyers for the transaction, and even pointed us in the direction of a contractor for renovation work in our new home.
