Buffy was amazing!! We began the process back in March and we lived in Missouri at the time. She would send us listings and we let her know what we liked and what we didn't like so by the time we traveled to Florida she knew exactly what we looking for and hit the nail on the head with the 2nd house she showed us. She kept in touch with us through the whole process and researched everything for us from financing to utilities and cable TV. I couldn't be happier with Buffy, she did it all and made us feel like we were her only customer even though we knew that wasn't true. She deserves a million stars!!

I was a little hesitant about finding a realtor in this manner, but do not regret my decision at all! I was contacted by Agent Pronto within 5 minutes of submitting my request, and after a few questions, they said they would match me with a realtor in my area of interest. That same day, I was introduced to a realtor, Shelby Solley, and she couldn't have been better suited for us if I would have chosen her myself. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Agent Pronto is AH-MAZ-ING! We tried to do a contract with a different realtor. After messing up the contract work and taking 3 weeks to get it right, we turned to Agent Pronto. They recommended us to Robin Cole; she was amazing! The day I contacted her, she was at the house we wanted to sell and gave us a sale price that was $40,000 over what the original realtor wanted to list it at. The house was under contract in less than a week! Robin always kept in good communication with us, answered all our questions and even attended closing so that we didn't have to. If it weren't for Agent Pronto, we would have never found the perfect realtor!
