Mary was patient through it all and was ready to go forward when the time was right...When it came to the photos, Mary's photographer did a fantastic job. Our house showed beautifully. It was so great that we received several offers in the 'Coming Soon' phase. We accepted an offer prior to even officially going on the market. We closed with Mary having to handle/negotiate several hiccups. In the end, we were able to close successfully. The process was fairly easy. I was extremely pleased with Mary's knowledge and experience.
